He will demonstrate cooking a three-course dinner featuring the following menu: 1st course - Organic mesclun mix greens, crumbled feta, pistachio dukkha, fresh herbs, orange supremes, heirloom baby tomatoes, strawberries, European cucumber, citrus champagne vinaigrette. 2nd course - Seared strip loin, lobster Mac n cheese, buttery asparagus, port wine demi-glace. 3rd course - Chocolate mousse, salted caramel, Chantilly cream, hazelnut crumble, fresh mint.
