While Florida Studio Theatre does not have onsite parking, visitors have a number of parking options available nearby.- Palm Avenue Parking Garage | Located on Palm Avenue. Open from 6am - 2am.
- ICORR International Properties | Located on Palm Avenue in the One Sarasota Tower building. Opens at 6:30pm for FST performances.
- Chase Bank Garage | Located at the corner of Palm Ave and Cocoanut Avenue. Opens 45 minutes prior to evening show times. This is for patrons attending the Keating Theatre.
- Gompertz Theatre Lot | Located next to the Gompertz Theatre on First Street.
- First Street Parking Lot | Located behind the Keating & Goldstein Cabaret on First Street.
- On-Street Parking | Available on First Street, Palm Avenue and Cocoanut Avenue.
- Handicap parking is reserved for patrons with a handicap tag and is in the First Street parking lot across from the Hegner Theatre Wing.
